Recent changes in interpretation of regulations by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms coupled with insurance and other circumstance directly related has created a situation that no longer allow us to effectively handle firearms transactions at this time.

We are hoping this situation will change in the future and we can once again offer firearms at a price and convenience that would make it desirable to order such over the internet. Until that time, however, we suggest you support your local firearms dealer in your obtaining actual firearms. Your local dealer not only allows offers you the opportunity to gain knowledge on the product but without local dealers the ability to obtain firearms at all may be totally lost.

We have not deleted the remainder of our firearms policies as they could affect previous transactions.

NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS

We cannot possibly be aware of and interpret all of the city, county and state restrictions for the extremely large assortment of products that we offer. With this in mind we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by us. Many cities, counties and states prohibit certain products and it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all laws regarding these products. Products of issue include, but are not limited to Firearms, Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Knives, and Airguns. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws.

Payment

Currently we accept Visa / Mastercard through our online payment gateway, additionally we accept Money Orders and Checks mailed to 2 Bear Arms, PO Box 221723, Haverhill, FL 33422-1723. Payment by personal check may hold order fulfillment for up to 21 days for clearance. Due to restrictions now in place we do not offer PayPal® as a means of payment in our automated cart. PayPal® may NEVER be accepted as payment for Firearms, Ammunition, Powder or related items, or other items which PayPal® policies restrict. For those of you who would like to be able to pay for other items via PayPal® instant checking transfer, or from a PayPal® balance please contact us at customerservice@2beararms.com or fax (561) 686-2710 and we will provide you with instruction. DO NOT request PayPal® is you are using Visa or Mastercard – Use our secure gateway. A 5% premium will be added to any orders paid with PayPal® utilizing Visa or Mastercard.

Privacy

All credit card numbers are encrypted and secure. All customer orders are held in the strictest confidence. Shipping
Per Federal Regulation, shipment of item must occur within 30 days of completed order (payment and all information required to complete order received). If order can not be shipped within 30 days for any reason you will be notified and may request a refund or agree to a later estimated shipping date. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS INTENTIONALLY PLACED IN BACK ORDER (see back orders below). Notice that item is on back order fulfills our obligation under this regulation, if you do not notify us that you desire to cancel the order and receive a refund once a notice of back order is E-mailed, we will assume that you wish to wait for the item and will ship it upon its arrival. Due to logistics cancellations received within 2 business days of receipt of back ordered merchandise and shipment may not be honored and shipment may proceed.

Generally, if an item is in-stock, you can expect that the item will be shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Rush shipping on many items is available for an additional charge. If rush shipping is available on your items the cost and terms will appear in your checkout cart. In some instances, items require custom handling or drop shipment from vendor warehouse, this could, on rare occasions, result in delays.

Firearms may take longer to ship if we are waiting for the FFL paperwork from the dealer you want us to ship to, in this event this is not a "completed order" until this information is received.

At the time of check out, you select the method of shipping. We offer a wide range of shipping methods from UPS and the USPS.

Back Orders

PLEASE DO NOT INTENTIONALLY ORDER BACK ORDERED ITEMS UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT FOR RESTOCK.

In order that you may review the entire selection of merchandise, all items are displayed in the listing regardless of inventory status. In the description of the item the QUANTITY IN STOCK is displayed prominently as the first item. IF THIS QUANTITY IS ZERO, THE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT AND PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER FOR THIS ITEM IS CONSIDERED AGREEMENT TO A 60 DAY NON-CANCELLABLE BACK ORDER !

NOTE: ITEMS ORDERED WHEN THE INVENTORY LEVEL SHOWS ZERO FOR AN ITEM ARE CONSIDERED AN AGREEMENT TO BACK ORDER ON THAT ITEM FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 60 DAYS. SUCH ORDERS CANCELLED WITHIN 60 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% OR $15.00 CANCELLATION FEE WHICHEVER IS GREATER!

Due to the vast reach of our supplier and warehouse network, inventory levels vary literally minute by minute. Although the computer is constantly updated it is possible to place an order with inventory showing on the listing and have that item be sold out by the time the order is posted seconds later. Although such an occurrence is rare, in the event this would happen, we sincerely apologize in advance.

Should this occur you will be notified by E-Mail of any back ordered items, at which time you have a option to leave the order with us until product is restocked, or receive refund. We will not hold an unconfirmed order while waiting for a back ordered item. If you choose to opt for back order, payment for the order WILL be processed and this order will be considered firm and non-cancelable for a period of 60 days beyond the estimated arrival date. ALL back orders for firearms, ammunition and special orders are NON-Cancelable indefinitely.

A few notes about Back Orders:

- You will be notified via E-mail when a portion of your order has been back ordered
- No extra shipping costs are charged for back ordered items
- You can check the status of a back order by logging into your account.

Refunds

This policy applies to refunds on cancelled BACK ORDERED merchandise originally shown in stock, or items pre-approved for return and refund, ONLY.

Refunds on items purchased via Visa or MasterCard should be issued via credit to original card within 15 business days of approved cancellation. Refunds on orders paid by Money Order should be issued via company check within 30 business days of approved cancellation. Refunds on orders paid by personal check should be issued via company check within 30 business days beginning at the 22^nd day after the initial receipt of the check, or beginning at the approved cancellation date whichever is later.

Product Warranties

2 Bear Arms & Sporting Goods. does not warranty the merchandise we sell. All warranties, either stated or implied, are the sole responsibility of the product's manufacturer. Because manufacturer's warranties vary from item to item, please refer to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for warranty details.

Exchanges & Returns

IN GENERAL WE CONSIDER ALL SALES TO BE FINAL. We do want you to be completely satisfied with your 2 Bear Arms & Sporting Goods purchases, however. In the event of a problem with your purchase, please adhere to the following guidelines in contacting us to determine if we can accept the item for prompt exchange/credit service. We cannot accept FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, POWDER, or any related items period. NO EXCEPTIONS! If unsure about a product please contact us BEFORE ordering.

Return/Exchange Guidelines (Please read above section also)
– NO RETURNS AUTHORIZED ON FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, POWDER or related items. NO EXCEPTIONS!

- Complete the RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST form or contact us at returns@2beararms.com prior to making any return.

- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! NO EXCEPTIONS!

The location to which any return may be required to go must be determined by the item and the reason for the return at the time the authorization is made. Any item shipped WITHOUT a return authorization will be at YOUR OWN RISK and 2 Bear Arms will not be responsible for the item, return of the item, or refund/credit for the item nor assume any other responsibility or liability in relation to such a return. Be certain to contact us for return information and a return authorization number BEFORE SHIPPING ANY RETURN ITEMS!

Once return authorization is issued, items must be properly packaged and returned prepaid to the address supplied on the return authorization meeting all of the following conditions:

- Returned in original packaging

- Returned within (7) days of receipt

- Returned in re-sellable condition

- Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise

- Enclosed a brief letter of explanation

- A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany merchandise returned for exchange

- Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 15% restock fee

- All returns must be prepaid;

No COD's accepted

All merchandise authorized for return will be accepted for exchange only. If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All refunds for purchases paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card. Refunds for merchandise paid by check/money order/ paypal or other means will be issued a company check – please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Condition of Products

Although we normally sell only new, factory-sealed items, we occasionally offer opened or "bad-boxed" items at reduced prices. We'll always let you know if the product you're interested in isn't new.
